The first product I used was the Apara Grippy Steps. I had to peel and stick these adhesive pads on the bottom of my shoes. I chose a pair of shoes that were very slippery to give these pads a complete test. The pads were easy to apply and very discreet (they are black and blend nicely with black-bottomed shoes). After wearing those shoes a couple of times, the Grippy Steps did help provide a lot more traction and the pads didn't seem to wear down at all.

The second product I used was the Apara Gel Steppies. Now I L-O-V-E these! I first tested these gel pads in my sneakers. They were so comfortable. Next, I gave these Gel Steppies the ultimate test and placed them in my flip-flops that I wear around my home most of the day. What a difference they made! I have a heel spur so these pads helped alleviate most of my usual heel pain.
What I like about the Gel Steppies, besides them being extremely comfortable, is that I can remove the pads and rinse them. After they dry, the adhesive is reactivated and I can reapply them in any pair of shoes that I want. How cool is that? I have the option to reuse them multiple times in several different types of shoes or I can leave them in my favorite pair of shoes.
Some other great features are the gel pads do not slip in the shoes while I'm walking, and they are transparent so they aren't noticeable in my shoes.
I definitely recommend these Apara products.
